The Firm

A Rajasthan law firm for high-stakes commercial work

Coram Law is a Jaipur-based firm of advocates and solicitors acting in commercial arbitration, high-value contracts and commercial litigation, for clients across Rajasthan, India and overseas.

The firm brings two disciplines under one roof. One partner has spent close to two decades negotiating and managing contracts for the legal departments of multinational companies, including multi-million-dollar and cross-border agreements. The other has built his practice in the courtroom, before the Rajasthan High Court and the Commercial Courts.

Together they see a commercial relationship through its whole life: the contract that creates it, the compliance that sustains it, and the arbitration or litigation that resolves it when it breaks down.

How We Work

Four principles

Prepared for the hearing

Every contract and every claim is prepared as though it will be tested before a tribunal.

Commercial in outlook

Advice is measured against what the client's business needs, not only what the law allows.

Plain about risk

Clients get a clear account of risks, timelines and likely costs at each stage.

Confidential by default

Communications are privileged and handled with the discretion the profession requires.
